My Favorite Sunday Roast

This is my all-time favorite roast recipe. It comes out perfectly tender every time and it makes the perfect Sunday dinner for any size of family… of course, depending on what size roast you buy! You can use the drippings from the roast as au jus or even gravy with one simple addition of cream of chicken soup. I also like to use the leftover shredded roast as French dip sandwiches on homemade baguettes! Yummy!
